2. Do you take checks?
Yes, You can use PayPal to use your checking account. Or you can snail mail us your order with your enclosed check. (Please note that a slight delay will apply, it may take up to 5 days for a check to clear)

3. Can I change or replace an item in one basket with an item in another?
Yes, Bears, Rattles, some clothing, some bottles. Please tell us which item you would like to switch in the comment section at check out.

4. What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unhappy with your purchase we will grant a full refund only if prepackaged items are not opened. Your satisfaction is our main priority.

5. Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, local hospitals such as Rochester General Hospital, Strong Memorial Hospital, & Highland Hospital will be delivered to by one of our Baby Basket Express personnel. Out of area hospitals will be delivered to via Fed Ex or USPS (email us to which your prefer).

6. Do you have a real store we can visit?
No, for now Baby Basket Express is virtually located only. We soon hope to have a real location.

7. Will you be offering different products in the future?
Yes, soon we hope to have more than just baskets. Coming soon is plush toys, cards, and much more. Check back often to see our new items.

8. Do you deliver to baby showers or a persons place of work?
In some cases yes, if you are local within the Rochester/ Fairport area and we have enough notice in advance we can deliver personally.

9. Can I create my own basket?
Yes, for now you will have to email us with your request and we will reply with a quote. Soon we shall have a virtual form you can fill out your self and create to your hearts delight.

10. What if someone I know has twins, can you make a basket that will encompass both boy and girl items?
Yes, specialty or customized baskets are welcome, just tell us what you like and we shall create it.
